The truth is, I’m a health and fitness nut. A researcher and writer. A father of two. A husband.
I believe some families are healthy and some aren’t. However, I do know for a fact many families desperately want to be healthier but are completely paralyzed.
In my work as an advocate for kids health, I’ve discovered that a large portion of what you hear on TV and read in magazines doesn’t work. It’s almost as if the people talking to you have no children.

Here’s how the Kids Health Club works. Once you join, I send you a welcome letter as well as that week’s lesson. It’s a simple email plus I provide a pdf filled with everything you need to get going. You will receive an email each week with all the benefits listed above.
I’ll be brutally honest. I personally don’t have time for hours and hours of reading and teaching my children either! I do love reading, but as a parent there are already so many things to do during the day.
But this will be super simple to digest and simple to implement. If you have a question or concern or need some clarification – you can pop over to the special Facebook Fan Page and ask there and I’m happy to answer!! (details will be in your weekly emails)
This will NOT be something you have to file away and ‘find time for’ later. I can promise you that. Set aside about 20 minutes or less for each lesson to open the email, read it (or listen) and implement. Then move on with your amazing life!
