Kids Exercise Routines In Place Make Everything Easier

It has been proven that writing down goals and having a road map to reach those goals actually increases your chances of accomplishing something.

For me, writing down goals or a plan almost guarantees success. For all of my workouts I write down the exact plan of action I’ll take at the gym. I actually like to do it the night before which has helped me tremendously. Otherwise I’m not as affective in my workout.

Benefits of Having Kids Exercise Routines In Place

Having a plan or routine is not only helpful in the sense that it motivates you to complete a task, but it also acts as your own personal accountability partner. You write it down and it’s there staring at you.

If you didn’t put a check mark on the piece of paper it reminds you that you still have something to accomplish. Also, when you do place a check mark next to an item, it allows you to feel a sense of achievement.

The same applies to your kids and grand kids, but sometimes at an even greater level. When you have your kids’ exercise routine all planned and written down, you are more likely to carry out the exercises. In addition, the kids will get excited as they anticipate the week’s fun activities.

In addition to the exercise schedule, having a kids exercise chart posted on the wall will also keep the kids engaged because they will be able to see what they’ve accomplished and this will give them a much needed boost in the confidence department.

The Main Reason To Have Kids Exercise Routines In Place

The purpose of having an actual kids’ exercise routine in place is really to make it as easy as possible for you and your kids. We are all busy each day and that is especially true for parents.

The last thing we need as caretakers is to have to come up with fun exercise activities each and every day from scratch. This pretty much guarantees failure. You’ve got too much to think about as is, so I’ve come up with the schedule for you.

I provide a month’s worth of routines for every age group up to twelve years old. I also providing a blank routine page for you to print off and insert your own exercises for up to six weeks.

The routines include six activities a week. I suggest that Sunday be a day to rest but if you’d rather use your rest day for one day during the week, that is perfectly fine. The routines are just examples for what you can do with your kids. It is your choice to follow them loosely or strictly.
