Many of us wish there was a magic pill or no hard work involved in shedding a few pounds. The last thing we want is to make our kids do anything too strenuous. We also don’t want our kids to be upset with us either.

Before I get to the remedy for this issue, let’s talk a little bit about my warnings first. You know the saying, if it’s too good to be true…then it is.

Over the years I have found that to be 100% accurate. Exercise is no different. Health is no different. Nothing happens overnight like we wish it would.

I’m not trying to be a Debbie downer here. I just want you to expect realistic results and not fantasy results. What needs to happen is a change in our mindset regarding kids’ health.

We need to think long term. This means a change with our kids’ nutrition as well as a change with our kids’ fitness. There really isn’t a turn it on, turn it off solution.

We don’t need to be fitness nuts to be healthy. What we do need is a little consistency. That’s all I’m saying here. We need to consistently have our kids exercise every day.

It doesn’t have to be boring exercise though.

How To Lose Weight Fast With Exercise For Kids

First of all, exercise for kids can totally be fun. That is one of the reasons I do what I do every day. I design, and or find, the most fun activities for kids and families that keep them moving and active.

Many of the exercises are more intense then others. That’s the key to losing weight fast. The more intense the exercise, the more fat that will burn and the more unhealthy weight will begin to melt away.

Playing soccer non-stop for 20 minutes will get the heart rate up fast and that sustained cardio will burn more fat. Now walking, throwing a ball and riding bikes are great exercise for our kids. Over time those will also assist in losing weight.

The key to losing weight fast is intensity, though. I also prescribe to the theory that intense exercise done in the first half of the day will lose you more fat quickly.

There is quite a bit of research on this but you will lose more weight if you perform intense exercise in the morning because the fat burning effects last all day. Isn’t that cool!?

How to lose weight fast with exercise for kids is totally and completely possible but you need to go in with the proper mindset and work hard with increased intensity.
