Healthy Foods Exercise For Kids

juicer with three cupsI was waiting to write this article about a healthy foods exercise for kids but I can’t wait any longer! This subject has made me so excited!

We all know how tough it can be to get our kids to eat healthy foods. I still feel bad for my parents because of all the trouble I gave them over french cut green beans!

What kid doesn’t though? I especially see kids having a tough time eating healthy foods if there is junk food in the house. Not only that though. If they see mommy and daddy eating chips do you really think they’ll joyously eat salad at dinner?

My wife and I have experienced a major breakthrough in getting our kids to happily eat healthy food. I’ve read all the articles saying if you plant a garden and let your kids participate then they will more likely eat the veggies.

I’ve actually read many articles and many parent comments that say it really does work. Well, I’ve found another way!

I personally did a lot of research on juicing. I spent months looking into the methods of juicing as well as which juicers were the best.

I finally bought the beauty you see in the picture above. I’ve got to admit something to you. I really didn’t come up with this secret I’m about to tell you. It just happened.

I’m standing there setting the juicer up one day when my kids came in the kitchen. What’s daddy doing? My wife told them that daddy is juicing. What’s juicing? I want to help!

We got a chair for my daughter to stand in and she helped me feed all the delicious veggies and fruit into the juicer. Everybody likes to taste the fruits of their labor so my kids wanted their own cups to drink in.

They got their straws and drank their juice faster than I could get two sips in!

Just from participating with daddy my kids happily drank the absolute most nutritious food. Here is what was in this drink.

This drink is packed with all sorts of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and all sorts of healthy nutrition. Instead of eating five carrots, I’m drinking them!

That is the secret. Whether it’s letting your kids help you make a salad, juicing or planting a garden, it’s all beneficial.

Do you have a healthy foods exercise for kids you’d like to share?
