Eating a Raw Food Diet

We are offering our readers a short series of guest author articles that we think will provide for you and your family great information that can make an immediate positive impact. We’ve been talking about raw foods and foods that give you energy and this is especially important because there are so many sugary and processed foods that zap you kids energy.
I know this for a fact because I’ve seen it happen over and over in my community and I have two kids of my own. Although we are not completely a raw food family I will say that we’ve been trying to eat as many raw foods as possible. I will write more about it in the coming weeks but I will let you know that it’s already been quite positive for our whole family.
