Kids Weight Loss

Kids weight loss is a subject in the forefront of kids health today because of the massive rise in child obesity especially in the Western World. Childhood obesity has tripled in recent years and many young kids are obtaining health problems that usually older adults get such as clogged arteries, diabetes and high blood pressure.

Kids weight loss isn’t healthy for every child. It should only be for children who are obese or overweight according to the Body Mass Index (BMI) calculations and consultation from your pediatrician.
