About Jeff Wise
I am an author, online marketer, health enthusiast and sports fan living in Middle Tennessee. I have been married to my lovely wife, Kristy, since 2005. We have two children and are really enjoying this parenting thing.
I’ve now written more than 175 articles. many short reports and three eBooks. I teach and encourage parents in the ways of kids exercise and health. Child obesity is a massive problem today and it can be defeated.
I received a Bachelors degree in radio/television production from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU),and have worked for ABC News, ESPN, the NHL Hockey Team Nashville Predators, Fox Sports Net, and syndicated radio talk-show host Dave Ramsey.
I have 11 years experience in physical fitness, weight training and healthy nutrition. I have three years experience teaching children at my church.
I have a passion for teaching others the importance of health, fitness and proper nutrition. The importance of kids exercise, fun kids games and optimizing exercise programs for kids is higher than ever for the Wise family as we are having children of our own.
In fact, we try to incorporate the very exercises, foods and plans with our kids that I talk about all the time on the blog.
