What age can my children begin kids home exercise programs?
Your children can begin a kids home exercise program from birth and up. There are many little exercises that can assist in your child’s development. Strength training is not included, though. Strength training can start when a child is able to accept and follow directions, around the age of seven or eight years old.
Are kids indoor exercises as effective as kids outdoor exercises?
It’s hard to believe kids can achieve an equally successful workout indoors as they can outdoors, but it’s completely possible. In fact, indoor exercise can be more successful, since rain and cold weather can sometimes prohibit outside activities. Children care little concerning which foods are healthy and which aren’t. That’s why it’s the parent’s job to teach them. Kids don’t have to be completely deprived of fast food, or any unhealthy treats for that matter. But, such harmful foods should only be consumed occasionally and not on a daily basis.
